A. I think the most powerful picture is the "Down and Dirty" photo. It showed the struggling soldier praying after a hard week. I thought it was the most powerful because it conveyed emotion and it seems like it has an interesting story behind it. B. The captions enhance the photos by giving them a backstory. The viewer can understand the photo more and even look at it with a different point of view. 1.
