Prompt Shoot #1

I chose this picture for metal because the main subject is metal. Some composition rules used in my photo are lines, and rule of thirds. The lines created by the locker gradually get smaller making a dynamic feel. My subject also starts in the right side of the photo rather than the middle.

This photo represents happiness because the bright yellows and oranges are usually thought of as happy colors, and flowers are a symbol or happiness and life. Some composition rules I used in the photo is balance because there is not an unbalance of negative space. 

This photo shows the prompt square because squares are geometric. In this picture there are many geometric features such as the books, the shelves, and the labels on the books. This picture shows composition rules such as balance, rule of thirds, framing. The picture shows a balance of color because the bookshelves are brown, while the books are bright, drawing attention the the main subject/the books. The shelves also frame the books, and the use of lines makes it feel dynamic. 

This photo represents bowie because of the bulldog. Simplicity was used because the background is not busy and does not distract from the main subject, but even so the background adds texture to the photo and makes it more interesting to look at. Rule of thirds was also used because the bulldog was placed in the upper-right of the grid.
